Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I stay in four floor apartment.i stay on the fourth floor.my builder has sold the terrace space right above my floor to someone who has started building a tin roof room there is it legal.pls help

The terrace is common to all the residents of the building and cannot be sold to anybody. All residents of the building should collectively give a letter in writing to the builder and immediately bring a stay-order on the construction of the tin roof room on the terrace.
