Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hello, I stay in Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh. We leased a house which we built in a plot to the tenant more than 10 years, without any contract or procedures. He is paying his rent judiciously. Now a days he started to make modifications on our house without our approval. Is there any way that he would become the owner of the plot. We are really worried. !!!

You are making a mistake that you havnt made any agreement or contract with the tenant and just handover with trust nor you are issuing any rent receipt... better make an agreement and issue a rent receipt... so that in times you can sue against him and if you need agreement to be made you can mail me at [email protected]
