Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i stay in a pg acco, bt we discovered that the electricity bill is not the landlady's name. i suspect that she herself has taken this on rent. the name plate on the building board is also not in her name. also, she aint ready to give nay receipt for hte deposi and mthly rental we have given her

stop paying any amount and he has to approach court with all details.
