Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I stay in a rented house in Kolkata. My maternal grandfather was a tenant from around 1930s to 1984. then my father became the tenant. My mother died in 2001. My father in 2010 oct. the landlord died before that leaving two sons in our adjacent building. they used to collect rent from my father. when my father died, they refuse to collect rent. I sent money order. they accepted. but, then they refused. I gave the rent to rent controller ever since. from feb 2012, the landlords demanded lakhs of rupees or else they threatened of ransacking my house. they even gatecrashed once! I filed police complain twice and then section 144 was made in march. a few days back, they sent me an eviction notice by an advocate mentioning their names along with four of their sisters, whom I am never heard of!! they gave me two months time to vacate the house. else they will file eviction suit. My lawyer has already applied for injunction. Now, what can I do? Please advise.
