Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am staying in a flat which is on Pagdi systen for more then 30 years in Mumbai. My husband has died & I have no children. I am 76 years of age.
I want to know if I can make a will for the flat or gift it to someone ?? Do I have any right on the flat or does it belong to the landlord ?? After my death what will happen to the flat & who will get it ??

No the flat belongs to the landlord.
