Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

i am staying in pagadi system building since lst 45 yaers, we are more then 50 tenents in this building, our building was repair twiceby tenets only.. our lanlord has expired. and had six legal hiers, from which one of the legal hiers is demanding more share . and other five are not willing to givethat ..

there is stay no the building. hence nobody can goes out of this building as transfer is not possible.. building is in bad conditioned can collepse any time. . other five heirs are ready for redevlopment. but only one heirs is hurdle into this. how can we go for redevlopment or what is alternate solution for this

as the building is in dilapidated condition, you may move an application before the court and seek orders for repair/demolition/reconstruction of the building. seek help of a local lawyer in this regard.
