My Tanant Tender the 4 years rent in the court By personal setting with me by four post dated cheques but all the cheques were dishonour due to insufisent payment. Please adivse me what I do next

It is the right time for you to take the resort of Criminal Complaint u/s 138 of NI Act w.r.t. Cheque bouncing. But the first step is to consult an Advocate nearby who would give a Legal Notice on your behalf. This notice is mandatory.
