i have a tanent who is not paying any rent to me he is paying it in the rent controol for the last 30 years dut their olso he is not regular an many times he has changed names and case no .what shouldi do now?

The tenant is paying the rent directly in Court since at some point of time earlier, you may have refused to accept the rent.
Filing of an eviction suit is recommended.
