tenancy agreement
the orginal deed of the tenancy agreement is to be held by the tenant or the landlord, and if the original deed is held by the tenant then can the landlord fight in the court of law for removing the tenant with the photocopy of the original deed

The Original is to be held by the Landlord. Yes, even in such cases the Landlord can file a petition for eviction as the tenant would have to admit the tenancy in the light of the rent recepts issued to him.It would not be a problem.

Yes can file case on the basis of photocopy of deed,but there is procedure and formailities for seeking permission from court to produce and prove secondary evidence i.e.Photo copy of rent deed.
