Hello, We had a tenant who is absconding since 6 months.Neither he has paid the rent nor has renewed the agreement which got expired in aug09.Please advice as the house keys are with him and the entire household items are locked inside.

you can file a suit for recovery of yoru rent against him and also seek directions of the court to take possession of the house.
