Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have a tenant in chandigarh & he is not vacting the house now.
Nor is he depositing the rent.
Every time we talk to him he says it will take time for him to vacate but there is no end to it. Earlier also he was very irregular with the rent. Pl suggest on what to do.
