Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

i am tenant in chandigarh.the old widow landlady had filed rent eviction case against me on the basis of non-payment of rent,nuisance and personal necessity.i had tendered rent in the court as per provisional assessment and proved the rate of rent.the landlady has filed affidavit in her evidence.she has no witness,no proof of rent claimed and all bald statement.she is lying and abusing the process of law in the garb of senior citizen.

she has not proved the ingradients of personal necessity of east punjab rent restriction act,1949.this in only her wish,greed and malafide intention.

she is unable to prove that how full one canal house in insufficient for her.i am tenant in only two small rooms.how to convince the court to get her case dismissed.

please advice.

you can win the case. fight it properly and she cannot evict you.
