Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

i am tenant in chandigarh.there is petition u/s 13 of east punjab rent act,1949 filed by landlady.i tendered rent as per provisional assessment on the first date of hearing,in cash, in the court.

now,the landlady filed application for future monthly rent.

the court ordered on this application after two years that the tenant will continue tendering provisional rent on or before 10th of each month.

i moved application for deposit of arrears of rent in court treasury.

the court ordered the deposit at my own risk and responsibility.

i prepared the challan and deposit in state bank of india treasury.

now,on the next date,what i have to do.whether i have submit copy of challan and the orders.the rent controller will accept this or not.please advice.thanks.

Receipt is your proof, controller will have no choice except admit it as rent is deposited.
