Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am a tenant in chennai (Tamil Nadu) ,My landlord verbally harass me and my guests i want to know if there is any act where i can go legally .And my rental agreement has not been renewed because of this reason.will i be affected if i would sue him legally.

If he abuse general law will made out, i mean under IPC or Police Act.
