Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i am tenant of second floor in Chandigarh for last 40 years.my land lard is dead in 1995.at that time she made will in favour of three sons but they were fighting for their shares for 15 years and then they compromised with each other and property has been transferred in 2012 in their favour and then he put on personal necessity case in lower court against us.
So, how can i defend the above stated case.
Kindly do it at earliest.

better you contact to local lawyer to defend this case, the main point of this case is this suit is premature so first you challenged the maintainability.

What personal necessity has he mention .... find it out with proof that no such necessity is there and produce in the court ....
