Can Tenant make a case aganits Mobile Tower Co. who build a tower on the terrace of the building with the only permission of the Landlord not from the tenants.

yes, a case is made out as the tenant is the one who is staying in the building and any difficulty being cause to him due to tower can be addressed by the courts.
