Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
A tenant since 7 mths is residing without any written agreement. But now we want to evict them for need of rooms.But they are reluctant to go.
They have been told orally a month ago to leave. What should be the procedure to evict them at the earliest?

U can file suit for eviction on ground of personal necessaty and bonafide req.

first give eviction notice and it is the basis of litigation or even they may vacate easily leaving no room for litigation hence it is advisable to get a legal advice before sending notice.
