tenant past 38 years in a potion where 2 shops are hired by me

I am a tenant in a property which has 2 shops which was owned by a old lady the same property is owned by her grand son which has come in way as gift Hibba to him through his father now the grand son after the death of his father has refused to take the rent because the rent which i was paying is Rs 200 per month and the current rent alue for the same is Rs. 4000-5000 so he doesnt want me to continue as his tenant and he says your tenancy has been terminated along with my grand mother and my father(both are no more) I am not interested to continue with your tenancy so vacate the portion if not I will move to court of law, I have done M O in his father's name several times but no one has received it since 3 years and my present owner was not residing on the address where the M Os were sent by me I would like to know whether the case will hold strong on tenant's side or the owner's side.?

It may not be proper to predict the fate of a litigation. You may consider an out of court amicable settlement of your dispute and avoid litigation.
