Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am a tenant in a property my previous landlord has sold of the property to a builder,now the builder has lodged a legal case against me saying that i am running a brothel from my house.actually I have sublet the property and that person is actually running a brothel there, what can be the consecusances?
