Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we are tenant staying as joint family over past 50years, in mumbai,3 landlords have been changed.now this landlord is not giving us permission to build a toilet inside the house,even our family has increased so there is lack of space to move inso we asked him to give us permission to brake one window and make another back entrance,which will be easy .since he is not ready to do any maintiance of the house.And he stays on top floor we stay on ground floor.Is there any way that we can do without his permission
