Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Tenant Staying from 30 years (Maharashtra-Pune),he doesn't have any other property for his accommodation, his financial condition is good, he is very arrogant not behaving well,Not increasing rent,not paying rent monthly but paying Yearly, Can we Evict them on what basic.
