Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Tenant not vacating

Hi,

I have a shop in Hyderabad and I have lent the shop to a person for rent from past 5 years. Now when I want him to vacate, he is refusing and in turn he filed a case of livelyhood. Please suggest me as to how should I get him vacated?

Unfortunately, you may have to consult a local lawyer because tenancy laws differ from State to State.

Re: Tenant not vacating

You may need to defend the case filed againt you; and for vacation, you may need to initiate appropriate proceedings in the local courts. You may engage a local lawyer to pursue your remedies.
