Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Two Tenants capture our house, they are on rent from last four to five years other tenants is about one to two years, last year we told them to vacant our house they does not tell anything and stop paying rent after that tenants send saman to us, and also tell other tenants for doing same. we file a case against both the tenants to vacant house but from the last one and half year the case date increasing day by day and we are hoping for vacant house. why law in the favor of tenants then what for landlord, we give house on rent on faith and honesty. in a case we file that we required a house for my both sons they get married and lived in that place where tenants lived but court give them dates i do not know why. why he not order to them for vacant the house.

the landlord may go for suit for possession and mesne profits.
Hello,
Please forward the copy of Notice send by tenants to you, the copy of petition, order, so that we can analysis the present situation.
Simultaneously, file a suit for possession.
Immediately arrange for a mediation involving tenants, you, some local association, political guidance to resolve it as fast as possible.
Still, we need abovesaid documents to guide you exactly in this matter.

Law is not in favor of tenants but court proceedings always takes time due to several reasons.
