Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We are a tenent in a shop for more then 40 yrs and since 8 years we a fighting a eviction suit and paying shop rent in court. We want to apply for an electric connection in our name but your landlord is not giving NOC for it . Is it possible to NOC from the court for your electric meter connection in our name.
