How much time court case take if landlord filed a case for eviction under sec 14d.pls tell me estimated time .

14D is a summary procedure. the tenants has to file leave to defend and only in case the court comes to the conclusion that the tenant has a good defence, the application is allowed and the tenant is allowed to defend the case by filing reply. but in most of such cases, leave to defend is not allowed. you need to make out a strong case for grant of leave to defend.
