Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
its not that totally the maintenance is not paid but there is a certain balance wherein i am asking time to pay, but they are insisting that they wil disconnect the line. and this is municipal water which is free water and it not chargeable so can they disconnect it... pls seek advise
