Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My uncle sold Agricultural Land jointly ownwd with my Father noted as "minor" in the 7/12 extract (ancestral Property). This happened in 1950 when my fateher's age noted as 10 Years (Minor). My Uncle died in 1985 and my Father died 1999. I am 53 years old having Mother with me and 4 sisters mairred. Can all we claimthe Share of my Father from the jointly owned land sold in 1950 by uncle?
