Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
what i do?
I have three uncles.we are now living all in 4 katha land. now they are going to selling their three katha land from 4 katha .but my father doesn't want to sell.my mother wants to buy 1 katha from 3 katha .but they wants to give 1/2 katha.to get 1 katha what ligally possible? or can we demand 1 katha if they are not interested to sell to us though we are now living in a same land.
