unregistered rent agreement
How the unregistered rent agreement for 3 years with provision of 15% increase in rent can affect the interests of land lord & tenant.Is this position safe for tenant or landlord.

Your facts may not be sufficient for appropriate guidance. The contracts of tenancy have to be read with the provisions of the rent laws of State concerned.
