Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

very urgent

My 3 uncles sold their land to a BANGLADESHI person ,who have no citizenship prove.is it possible if not what can i do?

we are living in a same land but in different rooms. when they will sell their rooms our rooms would be destroy because we are taking one side of the land .we are not getting KUYO,TOILET,LAVATORY,can we demand ?Because 1andhalf years ago we have made some room but that time they doesn't told us about selling.can we demand price for that ? and tell is their any rules for that please tell me.

if my father doewsn't support me ,but my mother wants to buy land in that case can we demand ?
