Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I vacated a falt that I was living in for an year, but now my landlord is asking for a huge amount , that he wants to deduct from the security amount in lieu of the repairs that need to be done. There is no major damage but only small wear and tear, e.g a hole was drilled in balcony door for DTH cable. is there any law which states that post maintanance charges will be bourne by the landlord.
