not vacating the house
we have tenants in our house for closed to around 20 years & they are not vacating the house.what can be possibly done about it ???

There are many grounds on which you can vacate the tenant from your premises. But you need to explain in details the terms and other requisites of the tenancy. So that what ground to apply can be determined

It depends upon the local rent laws of your area. It is a matter of consideration, if you admit them as your tenant and whether the tenant admit you as a landlord.
