Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Will I will be able to get this house on my name or my father name? My name is Shehbaz Shaikh, I am 24 male from Mumbai, India. We have one property in Mumbai which is located at Kurla west and its in Chawl system i.e. ( Landlord). This house is on my grand mother's name and she is staying in this house for more than 20 years. This property Landlord is totally supportive towards my family and even on Ration card my family and my grand mother's name is mention, My grand mother is now 94 years old and she is not in her conscious and my father's brothers and sisters all has their own property except us.The Electricity bill comes on my grand mother's name. My Question to you is if I want to get this house on my name or on my father's name what will be the right procedure, please tell me for both and our plus point is that this property Landlord is very supportive towards us and even my family name is only mention on Ration card apart from my family members name no other brothers and sisters of my father's name is mention on the Ration card but these people does not want us to get this property, so is there any chances of coming claim from my father's brothers and sisters on this property, if its so than please tell me how to fight this situation...
