Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Dear Sir,
I am currently under notice period in my company. I am a software proffesional by proffession. I resigned on Apr 9 2010 and as per a mail from my company HR my last working day in the company would be 9 June 2010. I want to know that in case if the company extends my notice period than what are the steps that can be taken from my side. Also i am serving full notice period as my the contract signed between my company and me. Awaiting your reply.
