Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Dear sir,

Me and a chairman had fight over parking place in our society, as the space in our society in not so big. He want to keep his car near the gate so he can easily take his car out of the society gate, and same is the problem with me, and my car is bigger in length so its much difficult for me to get my car out of society gate, so i want to keep my car near society gate. As we had into fight with each other over this issue. So i finally told him that anybody's car which will come first will be park his car there, but he is still not ready for this. Again after some days he came to me for this issue and we had argument with each-other and i gave told him bad words while argument.

Now he is saying ,he will make a complain of me with lawyer, because i gave him bad words.

Or he is asking me for apologize letter for giving him bad words. I told him i will apologize verbally, but i wont give any apologize letter.

So what should i do now, should i give him apologize letter or not , I am worried if i give him apologize letter then he can give me problem in future and i am also worried it may affect to my job if he complain about me to the law.

Pls suggest me some solution, there is a meeting in our society this Sunday. What should i tell him ? or what can i do further. waiting for reply..
