Legal Question in Legal Ethics in

I had taken education loah my husband is gauranter now i am devasted by my husband who is responsible to pay back loan as i am unable to make both the end meet.and even my husband is in abroad and on 11 Aug FIR because of smashing me was filed and even neither my husband is taking my responsibility and i m living alone in this city how will i get help legally as i cant afford lawyer

you can approach delhi legal services authority district court wise and for ladies its free and you may proceed for domestic voilance, maintenance etc

you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and in that you may seek orders of court directing your husband to pay the installments for which he stood guarantor along with other reliefs of maintenance, compensation, residence orders etc.
