Employee Bonds and Post Dated Cheques
I ahve been working in an Engineering college from past five years. Two years back i joined M.tech(PG). The college offered me to work for them half a day. They also offered me full time salary for half day's work if i would give them a bond of two years and a post dated cheque of one lakh rupees. They said if i discintinued befor two years after completion of M.tech they would encash one lakh rupees. I signed the bond and gave them one lakh rupees. I also served the college with my heart and soul during my study period. Now the college authorities have changed and they are harassing me on the basis of this bond an post dated cheque. I am bieng deprived if the promotions and other incentives which i deserve. What should i do? I am frustrated.. Pls help

The terms and conditions and the validity of the bond has to be perused.

The terms and conditions of the bond needs to be examined for this case.
