can a firm claim money from a new firm just because he or she claims to provide better service on odd working hours?

Dear Sir / Madam,

It all depends on the mutual arrangement and the written terms and conditions detailing agreed payment terms for providing service on odd working hours.

If nothing is agreed upon and documented by the proprietor / partners of both the firms, no claim arises.
