Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
One of the my friend has fraudulently duped by a person on the pretext of government job of 7 lakh rupees . Its 1.5 years now and he still don't have anything other than his false promises.He have some phone calls recorded for the same. Please advice what can be done ?

your friend has to file a criminal complaint against the person who duped your friend.
