Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Hi,

I have a fellow colleague who's threatened to sue me regarding my blog content. I have quoted a few lines from his mails anonymously.

I need help. Also, He has been harassing me by complaining to the management, asking other staff to stop talking to me and continuously making derogatory remarks about my character. I need to know if I can sue him for harassment at work place

He can sue you only in case the content is his copyright.

Two different issues are in question - one your quotes from his email and his threats to you. Even if you have acted illegally he cannot harass and threaten you. You can sue him for this.
