Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Hi,

I am working top MNC and i am working in banglore ,Karnataka and my husband is in Delhi .Now I came to know that I am pregnant and I dont want to stay away from my husband as I am not able to take care of myself withour my family .My company's notice period is 3 months ,However I am ready to serve one month and to pay out for the rest of period .Can my company force me to serve my full notice period in this situation?

in case you ready to pay for the unserved period, the company has no option but to accept it. the company cannot force to you to serve the full notice period.
