Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Why would or would not a lawyer sign Service Level Agreement (SLA) ? It might be vey simple terms like (but not limited to)
1. keeping client informed of all actions within n hours, or immediately as appropriate
2. presence of lawyer on each hearing
3. keeping everything documented
4. forwarding every information on the case to client in documented form
5. take client's approval for any action, process or procedure that might significantly affect the case

it may be done but the same is going to increase the cost of services.
