Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

what is moral turpitude

if a lawyer marries ex-neighbour who's already married and has hastily, fraudulently obtained exparty divorce from spouse. that divorce petition is filed in native state and on learning about it the spouse gets it set aside.what is the status of that lawyer who married that person? knowing that the lawyer is enrolled with bar council, will the act not amount to moral turpitude? does such lawyer have right to practise legal profession, when he/she does not have clean hands or character? and is also accused of several other offences with criminal cases pending against the lawyer?CAN THAT LAWYER OCCUPY THE CHAIR OF ADVOCATE IN COURT ROOM?
