Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
if a practising lawyer (registered with the state bar council ) is found to be having got his LLM degree by submitting PLAGIARIZED thesis. is he vulnerable to losing his licence to practise law for whole of his life. or he is safe as he is registered with the bar council through his bachelors' degree. ..........pls advise

he is entitled to practise on the basis of his LLB degree and even if he submitted plagiarized thesis, its no ground to debar him from practise.
