Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

my priroity date

Hi,

My priroity date is November 2006, I have got me approval notice I-824 and I would like to how is there any way this can be escelated to a earlier date. Since, I have B1 but then I can be here ffffor long I want to come and work with the current company which has a back office in India and been with for 5 years looking after the operation back in India. do you suggest L1 in ther mean time. your advice would be heighly appreciated.
