while a proceeding pending before court and an order of salary attachment was passed to the garnishee and the same was served through court, issuance of notice by the advocate of the decree holder to the garnishee directing to comply the order of the court is right or wrong, please tell me what is right with reasons

as the case is pending in the court, the court can issue the notice for salary attachment.
