Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Sorry to ask such a question. Isnt there any limit towards lawyers to charge their clients.

There is no law regulating lawyer's fee; it is a matter of mutual settlement between the lawyer and the client.

Fee is usually limited to an agreed over all amount. It also depends on the case complications and the amount of work a lawyer has to perform to deliver the services.
However, if you feel overcharged, then you are free to disengage that lawyer and hand over to another lawyer after settling the fee amount with the new lawyer.
