Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Recently I saw an online lotteyr game MY Playwin which i want to play but saw that it is alloud in Maharashtra and Goa only,the information given on website is little confusing as i saw the winners list who are all across from India including Delhi where I live right now,also i got myplaywin card and won 50 rs after matching 2 numbers..now I am confused if it is allowed from Delhi or not?can you please suggest?incase someone wins big amount or jackpot from othr than Goa and Maharashtra so won't they consider them winner?can you please inform about the legal aspect

unless lottery is illegal in a state winner can be from any state.
