Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Related to Employee Working hour

Last month I had worked for continuously ten days which started on first week Wed to second week Thursday thereafter three days leave before starting this shift two days had been given off. In the duration, I had worked for two days which I mentioned below as Day 1 and Day 2.

On Day 1, I had worked night Shift started from Day 1, 22:00 to Day 2, 7:00 and On Day 2, I had worked in UK Shift Started from 15:30 to 23:30.

If you see this time slots, there will be given rest for only 8 hours. On the same incident company cab had been come to pick up me at 13:00. So finally I had 6 hour rest time.

Another type of problem is that they are providing night shift for this week and morning shift on next week. So they are regularly changing my shift timings. However, I am working in Software Company.

Whether is it obeying government rule or not?

Whether am I a fool to work under this circumference?

Please clarify and suggest me the possible way of raising my case

Hello

Good Afternoon!

There is no reason that you are being used by any tactics.

Once you sign the contract with the employer they do have rights to change the daily or weekly or monthly rota as you are working in a software company.

Take some rest out of the stressed schedule.

In case of need please contact personally alongwith the details.
