Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
I had given Rs.500000 hard cash to my friend and he had give me cheque and now he is not able to give money and cheque is bounced can i file a case, but i have give hard cash not through bank account ?

U can file complaint under 138N.I.Act before filing give 15days legal notice and u can file recovery suit and for more details u can call m
